WILDCARD ROUND (7/14/2004, 1900)
Questions and Points Awarded:
I) Former employee of Shinra and famous pilot, this person has an airship named after him.
II) Bodybuilder, museum enthusiast, and easily amused by a good fight, this person runs the Gold Saucer.
III) Dressed in a white suit, this person is President Shinra’s son, becomes President after his father’s untimely demise, and is later presumed deceased after Diamond WEAPON attacks Midgar.
IV) Son of Lucrecia and Hojo, this person was injected with Jenova cells while still in the womb.
V) Martial arts enthusiast and bartender, this person lived in Nibelheim near Cloud’s house before moving to the Sector Seven Slums of Midgar.
VI) The people of Kalm rely on ore from this Location for their livelihood. Now, a plague of Mako-induced monsters has made the place untenable.
VII) Among the items you can find in this Location are two Ethers, a Guard Source, and a weapon that you won’t be able to use yet. You can also find a dog in a closet.
VIII) You’ll find Mako Reactor 27 in this Location, as well as Bagnaranadas. Very useful location, if you want to get a lot of Guard Sources…
IX) Don’t fall down this hole, or you’ll end up in a sandy wasteland with only one escape (at first). The name is rather ironic, considering where you end up…
X) You’ll find the Wind Slash in this Location. You can also grab your fourth possible All materia as soon as you get here. If you got a certain materia-crazy party member as soon as possible, you’ll have to wait a while before you can get the All materia. If not, you can get it as soon as you enter the Location.
XI) You can buy materia from two people in Costa del Sol. Name both of these people.
XII) Give the name of the Deputy Mayor of Midgar.
XIII) Give the name of the Mayor of Midgar.
XIV) Name Yuffie’s father.
XV) Name Aeris’s real mother’s name.
XVI) Name Aeris’s adoptive mother’s name.
XVII) Name Aeris’s father’s name.
XVIII) Name Tifa’s martial arts instructor.
XIX) Who was once the mayor of Nibelheim?
XX) With 2 800 HP, these Enemies are a great source of Guard Sources, even before the submarine comes into play. You can also steal X-Potions from them, if you want to.
XXI) These visually endowed Enemies are only found in two locations. They use a Drain attack, and they also have an intense hatred of poison.
XXII) You can steal a good weapon for Aeris very early in the game, if you’re lucky enough for this Enemy to show up for you in the Train Graveyard.
XXIII) If a chocobo is accompanied by these Enemies in the Gold Saucer area, you can safely assume that it’s a Good chocobo.
XXIV) These plant-type Enemies can change into three different forms, all of which can be encountered in the battle arena. They use a nasty Pollen attack, and can also be found on the paths by a certain ruined reactor.
XXV) This character used to live with his parents in Sector Seven, but now owns a new home in Costa del Sol.
XXVI) This character is in charge of the Shinra Weapons Development program.
XXVII) This character is Head of Urban Development.
XXVIII) This character is the Head of Public Safety Maintenance.
XXIX) This is my favorite Turk, mostly because of what we have in common: We’re both bald and look bad-ass in a black suit.
XXX) You can meet this character in the Honeybee Inn, and then you can see him later chugging back some drinks with his fellow Speedo wearers in Costa del Sol.
XXXI) You can encounter Serpents in the Gelnika and in the special battles in battle square. What other enemy also appears in the Gelnika and the special battles?
XXXII) Give the full name of the organization known as the Turks.
XXXIII) Where can you get Championship Belts?
XXXIV) What is the maximum speed a chocobo you have raised can have?
XXXV) What is the maximum stamina a chocobo you have raised can have?
